Adirondack Stream Hi! Ich bin Paul. Momentan studiere ich Softwareengineering am Technikum Wien. Mein erstes Hobby ist natürlich am Computer sitzen, gleich danach kommt Sport und die dritte Stelle teilen sich Musik, Rollenspiel und japanisches Zeug!

Diese Website soll Information über mich vermitteln, ohne das man sich auf einem der vielen Social Networks einschreiben muss. Dort bin ich allerdings auch vertreten, zum Beispiel auf Facebook und Studivz.

Sport

Ich lege großen Wert darauf meinen Körper fit zu halten, nach dem Motto "In einem gesunden Körper lebt ein gesunder Geist". Um das zu bewerkstelligen treibe ich folgende Sportarten.

Laufen

Meine aktuelle Wohnung in Floridsdorf ist mit ihrer Lage nahe beim Marchfeldkanal perfekt dazu geeignet, dieses Hobby zu betreiben. Ich versuche mindestens drei Mal in der Woche eine Runde zu drehen. Viele meiner Runden habe ich unter gpsies.com gespeichert.

Bodyweight Exercises

Auch drei mal in der Woche bringe ich die restliche Muskulatur auf Trab. Ich will mir allerdings kein teures Equipment leisten, sondern mache hauptsächlich Bodyweight Excercises.

Krav Maga

Ich nenne eine Trainingskarte des S.A.M.I mein Eigen. Diese ist allerdings momentan pausiert.

Mountainbiken und Radfahren

Auch eine Sportart die ich gerne betreibe. Ich komme allerdings eher selten dazu...
